Gil Shaham and Akira Eguchi at Jordan Hall
Hear Bach, Schubert, and the Boston premiere of Bolcam’s Suite No.2 as part of Gil Shaham and Akira Eguchi’s performance. The Celebrity Series of Boston presents violinist Shaham for the fourth time, an Illinois native who has performed with some of the world’s most celebrated orchestras. Eguchi accompanied Shaham on the piano during Shaham’s 2008 performance in Boston. He has received a number of first prize awards from international music competitions, and received both the William Petchek and the William Schuman awards from The Julliard School for his achievements in music.
